HALF YEARLY REPORT ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Xaar plc (LSE:XAR), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge, will issue its half yearly report and results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 on Wednesday 18 August 2010.

A press briefing will be held at 11.00 am on that day at Bankside's offices at 1 Frederick's Place, London EC2R 8AE.
