HALF YEARLY REPORT ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Xaar plc (LSE:XAR), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge, will issue its half yearly report and results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 on Wednesday 20 August 2008.
