FINAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Xaar plc (XAR), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in Cambridge,
will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on Thursday
15 March 2007.

A press briefing will be held at 10.45 am on that day at the offices of Panmure
