Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 3 November 2005 from AXA Investment
Managers UK Ltd on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies informing it that
as at 1 November 2005, they had a beneficial interest of 14,745 shares and a
non-beneficial interest of 6,275,421 shares representing a total notifiable
interest in 6,290,166 shares representing 10.38% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
