Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 22 April 2005 from M&G Investment
Management Limited, informing it that Prudential plc and certain of its
subsidiary companies, namely M&G Group Limited and M&G Limited all have a
notifiable interests in the Company.

Prudential plc have a notifiable interest in 6,370,867 shares (10.51%)
M&G Group Limited have a notifiable interest in 6,092,822 shares (10.05%)
M&G Limited have a notifiable interest in 6,092,822 shares (10.05%)

The combined total interest of M&G Investment Management Limited is 6,370,867
shares representing 10.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This notification is made to show the structure of the holding across the
subsidiary companies of Prudential Plc.
