The Company received a notification on 9 June 2006 from AXA Investment Managers
UK Ltd on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies informing it that they are
interested in a total of 6,705,549 shares (10.91%) of which 12,200 shares
(0.02%) represent a beneficial interest and 6,693,349 shares (10.89%) a
non-beneficial interest of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
