The Company received a notification today from the Bank of New York Europe
Limited, on behalf Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited on behalf of
certain client(s) of their discretionary management who are invested in
unauthorised unit trust of which Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited
are the investment manager, informing it that RBS as Trustees of the Merrill
Lynch UK Special Situations Fund have a holding of 1,927,360 shares representing
3.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
