Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers
Limited, on behalf Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited that they
have an overall aggregate interest in 6,807,054 shares representing 11.07% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital of which 386,703 shares are a
beneficial interest.
