Pursuant to the regulatory change of obligations in respect of disclosure
requirements in relation to major shareholdings for all UK securities and non-UK
securities traded on a UK regulated exchange as of 20th January 2007, Newton
Investment Management Ltd and its subsidiaries had a disclosable interest in
4,366,117 shares, which, based on the information available to us, represents
7.04% of the issued shared capital of 62,011,567.


This information is not necessarily reflective of current shareholdings and has
not yet been disclosed to the FSA as we are in the process of agreeing an
extended disclosure deadline with them to complete form TRI. To this effect an
official notification to both the Issuer and FSA detailing notifiable holdings
as at 20th January 2007, and our current position, will follow in due course.
