Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

The Company received notification today from Hugh Baker-Smith informing it that
he sold 25,375 shares today at 120p per share. Following today's trade he no
longer holds any shares in the Company. The shares were sold to contribute
towards his children's school fees.
