NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company received a notification on 24 November 2005 from Ian Dinwoodie infor
ming it that on 24 November 2005 he exercised options over 50,000 shares at 88p
per share and sold same in the market at 261p per share. He then purchased
through his SIPP agent 20,557 shares at 261p per share. Subsequent to these
transactions Ian Dinwoodie holding in the Company is 96,737 shares representing
0.16% of the Company's issued shares Capital.
