The Company has been notified that on 7 April 2015 Edmund Creutzmann, Chief Technical Officer, acquired 4,846 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 412.69 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Creutzmann's beneficial interest in the Company is 4,846 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
