The Company was notified on 23 April 2014 that on 23 April 2014 Robin Williams, Senior Independent Director, acquired 1,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 899 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Williams' beneficial interest in the Company is 1,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.002% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
