NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 8 May 2007 Steve Temple exercised 100,000 options with an exercise price of
74p and 200,000 options with an exercise price of 36p.  Mr Temple sold 206,500
shares at 264.5p per share and will transfer 93,500 shares into his SIPP.
Following these transactions Mr Temple's holding in the company has increased
to 478,999 ordinary shares representing 0.8% of the issued share capital
