FURTHER RE APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR



Further to the announcement in the Company's preliminary results announcement
released on 18 June 2002 of the appointment of Mr Charles Hamar Delevingne as a
non-executive director of the Company, the following additional information is
provided pursuant to Rule 15 and Schedule 2 paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules:



Mr Delevingne, aged 52, is currently a director of the following companies:

     Deephouse Limited, Harvey White Properties Limited, Riverside Travel
Limited and Tranrun Limited.



In addition, he has in the last five years been a director of Hookgrove Limited



Save as above, there are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 15
and Schedule 2 paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules.
