DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

WYNNSTAY PROPERTIES PLC (the 'Company' or 'Wynnstay')



The Company has been informed that Mr Ian Lockhart, a non-executive Director,
has ceased to be non-beneficially interested in 42,000 shares, representing
1.33% of the Company's issued share capital following a distribution to the
residual beneficiaries of such shares from the estate of a Wynnstay shareholder
of which Mr Lockhart was Joint Executor.



As a result, Mr Lockhart's non-beneficial interest in the Company reverts to
59,760 ordinary shares, representing 1.89% of the Company's issued share
capital.
