DIRECTOR'S INTEREST

WYNNSTAY PROPERTIES PLC (the 'Company' or 'Wynnstay')


The Company has been informed today that, following the appointment of Mr Ian
Lockhart as joint executor of the estate of a Wynnstay shareholder, Mr
Lockhart is now non-beneficially interested in 42,000 shares representing
1.33% of the Company's share capital.

As a result, Mr Lockhart's non-beneficial interests in the Company total
101,760 ordinary shares, representing 3.22% of the Company's share capital.
