The Company announces that, on 20 March 2008, it received notification that
funds under the discretionary management of Laxey Partners Limited control the
voting rights over 802,197 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 6.17% of the total voting rights in
the issued share capital of the Company or 6.14% of the total voting rights in
the issued share capital of the Company taking into account the additional
75,000 Ordinary Shares issued by the Company as announced on 25 March 2008.
