The Company was today notified that on 4 April 2006 Bernard Harris had sold
15,000 ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 250p
per share. Following this sale, Bernard Harris is interested in 138,286 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 1.36% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
