WPP announces that on 11November 2008 it sold2,000,000of its ordinary shares at a price of 346.66 pence per ordinary share. All of these shares were previouslyheld as treasury shares.
Following the above sale, WPP no longer holds any shares in Treasury and has 1,174,773,503 ordinary shares in issue.
