WPP GROUP plc ('WPP')
WPP announces that with effect from 16 November 1999 it has changed the ratio
of ordinary shares per American Depository Receipt (ADR) from 10 ordinary
shares to 5 ordinary shares. As a result the number of ADRs that can be
traded has effectively doubled.
