Worthington Group plc provides an Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 April 2011 to the date of this announcement, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Trading for the period is in line with management expectations and we have nothing further to report in the short period since our last update in the announcement of 29 July 2011.
