Interim Dividend

AXA Property Trust Limited today announces an interim dividend payment in
respect of the three month financial period ending 31 December 2006 of 1.00
pence per share as per the schedule below:

Ex-Dividend Date - 14 February 2007

Record Date - 16 February 2007

Pay Date - 28 February 2007

This is the second dividend payment for the financial year to 30 June 2007. As
the company moves towards full investment by the end of the financial year, it
is incurring some one-off costs without the benefit as yet of a fully invested
income stream.
