The Board of Directors of Worldsec Limited announces that Mr Keigo YOKOYAMA
ceased to be a director of Worldsec Limited effective from 25 July 2000, and Mr
Takumi MUKAIYAMA ceased to be his alternate with effect from 25 July 2000. Mr
Yoichi Kambara was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Worldsec Limited at
the Company's 6th Annual General meeting hold on 25 July 2000.
