Worldlink Group Plc

Dear Shareholder

On 3^rd February 2012 it was announced that Worldlink Group plc. (LSE: WGP) was in discussion with The One Media Technology Corporation (the "Offeror" or "One Media") with a view to a possible offer for all of the outstanding share capital of Worldlink.  As a result of that announcement, the Offeror has until 2^nd March 2012 to make an offer for the Worldlink.  The original announcement noted that "While the Offeror is contemplating an offer, the talks may or may not lead to the making of an offer" and "This approach does not constitute a firm intention to make an offer on behalf of the Offeror".

Following discussions with our advisers, we have concluded that it is unlikely that One Media will be in a position to make an offer which would be acceptable to the Board.  However, we continue to maintain a cordial commercial relationship with One Media and await their further intentions. 

A further announcement will be made in due course.
