The Company was informed on 16 December 2005 that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux 
International Limited is now the beneficial owner of 3,062,166 Ordinary Shares 
in World Gaming plc representing approximately 6.13 per cent. of the Company's 
issued Ordinary Shares.

Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') under the symbol WGP and the Over The
Counter Bulletin Board market in the U.S. under symbol WGMGY.
