Change of accounting reference date and advisers

The Board of Worldlink Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it has appointed Fisher Corporate Plc as Corporate Adviser to the Company, with immediate effect. Fisher Corporate Plc will advise and assist the Board regarding its listing on the London Stock Exchange and its obligations thereunder.

The Board further announces that it has appointed haysmacintyre as auditors to the Company.

As a result of the above, the Directors have changed the Company's accounting reference date from 31 December to 28 February.

Due to the change in accounting reference date the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

-  Audited results for the 14 month period ended 28 February 2012 will be issued by 30 June 2012;

-  Unaudited results for the 6 month period ended 31 August 2012 will be issued by 31 October 2012. 

Thereafter, interim and annual results will be published for the 6 months to 31 August and 12 months to 28 February respectively, in accordance with the Listing Rules.
