The Company received a notification from ISIS Asset Management plc, informing
them that following a purchase of 19,777 shares on 22 October 2003, they have a
notifiable interest in 686,143 ordinary shares, representing 4.103% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC GS Nominees Ltd.
