Workspace Group plc (the 'Company')
Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company received a notification from CGNU plc, informing it that its
subsidiary, Morley Fund Management Limited have a material interest of 442,500
ordinary shares, representing 2.70% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company. They therefore no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Company.
