Workspace Group plc (the 'company') 

Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from M&G Investment Management 
Limited, informing it that Prudential plc, (together with certain of its 
subsidiary companies) have a notifiable interest in 819,401 ordinary shares, 
representing 4.99% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
