Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from M&G Investment Management Limited,
informing it that Prudential plc, (together with certain of its subsidiary
companies) have a notifiable interest in 980,000 ordinary shares, representing
5.96% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
