Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 26 July 2000 from PPM informing them that
as a result of recent sales, the notifiable interest of Prudential plc, in the
ordinary share capital of the company is now 1,236,363 shares, representing
7.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
