Dr Christopher Pieroni Appointed to Board

                        BOARD APPOINTMENT AT WORKSPACE

Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace'), the property company that provides flexible
space  for  small  and growing businesses in London, the South  East  and  the
Midlands, has announced that Dr. Christopher Pieroni, 41 has been appointed to
the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Chris  is  currently  Chief Operating Officer of Colliers  Erdman  Lewis,  the
property  surveying  firm.   Chris  joined  Colliers  Erdman  Lewis  as  Group
Economist  in  1993.   He was promoted to Director in  1994  and  to  Head  of
Research  & Consultancy in 1995.  In 1997 he became Chairman of the Operations
Board.   In 1998 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of  the
Management Board.

He  was previously with Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance Division, where  he
specialised  in  privatisation and property. Before that he was  a  management
consultant with The PA Consultancy Group.
