WORKSPACE GROUP PLC
Harry Platt, Chief Executive of Workspace Group PLC, has today exercised
options to acquire 30,000 Workspace Group ordinary shares of 10p at £3.50 per
share, and has sold 3,100. This increases his total beneficial holding in the
Group from 8,341 shares to 35,241 shares representing 0.22% of the Company's
ordinary issued share capital. The options were awarded in 1991.
