WORKSPACE GROUP PLC

APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

The Board of Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company"), London's leading provider of space to new and growing companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris Girling as Non-Executive Director of the Company.  His appointment will become effective as of 7 February 2013.

 

Chris is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Elementis PLC and Keller PLC and a Non-Executive Director of Arco Limited.  He was previously Group Finance Director of Carillion PLC.

 

There is no further information which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

 

Commenting on the appointment, Daniel Kitchen, Chairman of Workspace, said:
