NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS 

Further to the RNS announcement made by the Company on 23 June 2009 in relation to the deferred bonus shares awarded to Harry Platt (Chief Executive), Graham Clemett (Finance Director), Angus Boag (Development Director) and Chris Pieroni (Operations Director), the Company received notification on 14 December 2010 that the Employee Share Ownership Trust had acquired 673,049 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average purchase price of 23.267 pence per share.  This purchase was made by the Employee Share Ownership Trust in order to satisfy this deferred bonus share awards, such share awards being expected to vest in June 2011.

The Company's issued share capital as at 14 December 2010 was 1,152,731,338.
