Workspace Group PLC ('the Company')

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Listing on 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to an application to convert
£300,000 of Convertible Loan Stock 2011 into 600,000 Ordinary shares. The
balance to be utilised from shares listed under a block listing facility.

It is expected that admission will be effective in the Ordinary Shares on 13
January 2006.
