Disposal of Shareholding Update

Obtala Resources Limited (AIM:OBT), the natural resource investment and development company, announces that based on recent discussions with the Purchaser the Company has agreed to a time period extension to the agreement reported on the 3rd April 2013 for the Purchaser to receive final approval from its funding partner and exchange control approval.
