John Wood Group PLC, the international energy services company, will hold its
Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2003 at the Hilton Treetops Hotel, Springfield
Road, Aberdeen  commencing at 10.00 am.



The company will also update the market with a pre-close period trading
statement on 1 July.



Interim results for the six months to 30th June 2003 will be announced on 8
September 2003.
