Result of AGM

Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ( "AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The results of the AGM are as follows:
