Director dealing / PDMR shareholding

Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a LiDAR wind sensor and, more recently, an associated software suite, to efficiently and cost effectively increase the power output of electricity generating wind turbines, has been notified that David Lis, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, today transferred 890,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") from his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") to his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"). David Lis also today transferred 510,000 shares from his SIPP into his wife's ISA (together, the "Transfers"). The Transfers were effected via sales and purchases, and were made for estate and tax planning purposes.

Following this Transfer, David Lis and his closely associated persons remain beneficially interested in 1,826,071 Shares, representing 2.24% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
