Wincanton, a leading European supply chain solutions provider, today announces that Nigel Sullivan, Group HR Director, has resigned as a Director of the Wincanton plc Board with immediate effect.

Nigel will continue to perform his role as Group HR Director and Executive Board member at Wincanton over the next few months until his successor is appointed. The Board thanks Nigel for his significant contribution to Wincanton, and wishes him well for the future.

He will be taking up the position of Group HR Director with TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC later in the year.
