                         Notification of Interim Results

Wilmington Group plc, the information and training group, is pleased to announce
that it will be announcing its Interim Results for the six months ended 
31 December 2004 on Thursday, 24 February 2005.

An analyst presentation will be held at the offices of ABN AMRO, 
250 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 4AA, at 9am on the day of the results.
