today we have become aware that Aberforth Partners LLP has a notifiable interest
in 11,601,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each which, based on the information
available to us, represents 13.80% of the issued share capital of the above
company. This interest arises as a result of the discretionary investment 
management powers that we can exercise over the funds of our clients. Aberforth
Partners LLP is not the beneficial owner of these shares.
