As a consequence of the reorganisation of the company by market sector and
subsequent changes to reporting lines Nick Miller is, by agreement, to leave
Wilmington Group plc.

Nick has been a major influence in the development of Wilmington. He has been
involved with parts of the business for over 20 years and has many friends
within the company. I am sure that you will join with myself and the Board in
wishing Nick well for the future.
