Wilmington Group plc announces the following option grants. Options over 30,000
shares each were granted to the following Executive Directors: Basil Brookes,
Stephen Broome and Nicholas Miller. The grants comprise awards of 25,000 and
5,000 options respectively under the Wilmington Group plc 1999 approved share
option scheme and the Wilmington Group plc 1995 unapproved share option scheme.
The grants were made on 27 March 2004 for nil consideration and the options are
exercisable at a price of 118.5p per share from 27 March 2007 onwards
