In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Tony Foye, an Executive Director, on 10 October 2012 purchased 385,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £1.30. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 435,000 which is 0.51% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
