The Company has today applied to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing
of up to 450,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to be issued under the
Approved Share Option Scheme, the Unapproved Share Option Scheme and the
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme in the event that such shares are issued
