The Company has today posted a circular to shareholders seeking their approval
for an amendment to the Articles of Association to enable the office of
chairman to be held by an executive director, as described in the announcement
dated 19 January 2001. An extraordinary general meeting has been convened for
3.00 p.m. on 27 February 2001.
