Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares
of 5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to
the Official List.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the following Company Schemes:

1995 Unapproved Share Option Scheme - 700,000 ordinary shares
1999 Approved Share Option Scheme - 300,000 ordinary shares
